I was once exactly where you are now. I know what it's like to feel pulled in so many directions - trying to build your business while still showing up well for your family.
In case we haven't met yet, I'm Theresa Taylor.

After leaving my 10-year teaching career, I jumped into online business but quickly found that the typical hustle—cold messaging, constant posting, and being glued to my phone—was draining me.
